Subject: Request for 100% Gujarat Common Entrance Test for medical PostGraduation

Respected sir,

According to me & many other medicos, common entrance test in
Gujarat for medical PostGraduation must be there because of following
reasons.

* Out of 511 PG seats, 250 are there in ahmedabad which are
distributed amongst only around 400 students and rest 980 students of gujarat has only 261 seats for them.
According to MCI rule gujarat must have PG CET, but it hasn't been
implimented yet. So we are fighting to get our rights
only.

*Many medical students of our and other universities in Gujarat have taken admission for MBBS in collage near their hometown as everyone was telling there will be CET for PG within 1-2years. It's not like that they were less clever then Gujarat university students & weren't able to get admission in Gujarat University.

* Now from this year Govt. must do something to standardise Medical
education. All states have their 100% common entrance test for admission in PG. Everyone will be able to prove themselves in CET and it's totally justice for all. This matter is on discussion for many years, many meetings has been there till now. Now it's the time to implement it.


So this exam is totally justice to the students and much needed for
raising standards of higher education. Many needed and clever students will be able to get admission with their hardwork if there will be CET.

I would like to request you to consider this and forward my request to review committee. Please consider our application.
